ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male or Female

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Typically, 5-7 years’ experience in accounting or finance, including experience in a supervisory or management role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

  • The ability to lead and manage a team of accountants is essential, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and motivate team members.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders, write clear and concise reports.

  • The ability to pay close attention to detail is critical, including the ability to accurately prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and identify errors or discrepancies.

  • An accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

  • To be assigned in Makati City, Philippines

BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Xero
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Can work individual and team
  • Good communication skills
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a CPA
  • Work from home (night shift)

SALARY:

30,000 – 40,000 / month
